I happen to believe that each of us has the right to find enjoyment, as long as we do not harm anyone else. If a nose-job will do it, why not?

Your high school graduation photo might be flattering, but if it was taken in 1949 and retouched it might be considered somewhat disingenuous by dating purists. Sending a more recent photo taken just before your botched nose-job too might be more up-to-date but is still questionable.
