In order to detect ophthalmologic diseases, each subject underwent a series of ophthalmologic tests before 48-hour IOP curve measurement in both eyes, including best-corrected visual acuity, slit-lamp examination, Goldmann applanation tonometry, central corneal thickness (CCT), gonioscopy, ophthalmofundoscopy and visual field test.
