I told a story a while ago about a guy who I stood next to in line at Shitbucks. He was a regular and[]there was a new barista (a girl about 18 years old who prolly never drank a cup of anything better than Maxwell House), who was heard to say "Expresso."

If you were in downtown Portland then some of it could have been because people down there are sick and tired of being hit up for change by losers that they treat anybody without a suit and tie like they were some teenager bumming change for a Latte at Shitbucks.

There's a coffee shop about 5 miles from my home where they roast on premise all day so any time I'm Jonesing for the aromatics and sounds I can take a ride, buy a cuppa good, not shitbucks, coffee and partake of all the smells and popping sounds too.

While I ... agree with the idea of supporting local business, if Starbucks didn't make a ... cup of coffee people liked, they wouldn't be as successful as they are. Shuuuuuuure... Because, before Shitbucks, people were drinking coffee they didn't like.
