the term yer all looking for is a placebo. a good example, thos buttons that pedestrians hit at xwalks to make the light change.they do n othing but make ppl feel better waiting.

i understand why they fuck with you/us if youre writing in their little "territory" i remember in 93 at this little graff convention in LA me and my friend decided to walk to the liquor store, so we were at the Xwalk and i decide to nonchalantly get a little bit of cheap fame on the pole, next thing you know i hear "this is big bad MS13, dont be writing in my neighborhood punk" i pretended like i didnt hear it and walked semi fast to the liquor store.....but im just glad all i got was a verbal warning..

This year in Toronto a cyclist ran a light/stop/xwalk (can't remember) and killed a little old lady.

And the problem with a traffic light at Ames and the x-walk is that too many people need to use it too frequently - you run into the situation at Mass Ave, where people are constantly dodging traffic, trying to run to class.
