Anise

I like anise liqueur.

I wondered what Greek ouzo tasted like. I don't often drink alcohol, but I was curious about its anise flavour.

I like to add a couple pods of star anise when cooking rice. It has a slightly sweet flavor and a licorice-like fragrance.

You can buy anise tea at the pharmacy.

This is an anise seed-flavoured beverage.
