Biddee

The offer must state clearly whether it is proposed to make any payment or grant any benefit (by or from the bidder or the biddee) to the directors of the biddee for loss of office or early retirement

Earth observation satellite (i.e. biddee) receives observation request from the ground station by communication satellite. The biddee publishes these tasks to DSS and selects winner satellite (successful bidder) for job through bidding process. Successful bidder executes the observation task. Observation result is conveyed to the biddee.
