Carpal

My wrist and forearm hurt, I think I might be suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a disorder caused by disturbances in nerve function (neuropathy), leading to pain and numbness or tingling (paresthesia) primarily in the wrist and hand.

The human wrist contains eight carpal bones and the hand has five metacarpals , but in birds just a couple of tiny carpal bones remain besides the carpometacarpus; these are the radiale and the ulnare, involved in the folding of the wrist joint.
