Convenor

I am the Communications Convenor at my church.

With nearly 40 people, the team is getting too large to meet in anyone's apartment for support meetings. With difficulty we break into smaller groups meeting on different nights. Later called "pods," these groups of eight to ten people are facilitated by two convenors.
