Cranking

An office machine is cranking out a stream of documents.

There are torches that do not need batteries. Some are charged by shaking them, some by cranking a handle and others by repeatedly pressing a lever.

However, in a small fraction of people who have been infected for a couple of years, their immune systems learn to recognize the viral mutations, cranking out “broadly neutralizing antibodies” that naturally block HIV in its many disguises.

The engine temperature warning lamp should illuminate when the starter button is depressed. Do not depress Engine Start button for more than 15 seconds with two minute intervals between crankings.
