Dangerousness

The D.C. Circuit held, however, that when the district court’s finding of dangerousness is based on the nature and circumstances of a defendant’s conduct on January 6, a defendant’s participation in the Capitol riot is not sufficient, standing alone, to justify a finding of dangerousness.
