Donkeys

Donkeys are tough animals.

Horses are distinct from donkeys.

When the trumpets sounded, the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city. They devoted the city to the LORD and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it—men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.

Horses and donkeys are different.

Abraham then arose in the same night, and went with two servants to the distant land, together with Isaac, riding on donkeys.

'You wait here with the donkeys for a while. I and the child will go to pray and we will come again immediately to you.'

We are beating our donkeys.

We are braying like donkeys.

The wagon was drawn by twelve pair of donkeys, all of the same size, but all of different color.

Fate has decreed that all lazy boys who come to hate books and schools and teachers and spend all their days with toys and games must sooner or later turn into donkeys.
