Egoism

Egoism is the prime cause of cancer of the soul.

The opposite of egoism is communism.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

Egoism - complaining about the egoism of others and not realizing one's own.

Our egoism is so great that we believe that when it storms it thunders only for us.

I detected in many of them an egoism which they sought hypocritically to conceal, while the ideals of others, who were more sincere, seemed to me inadequate.

The pillars of the new world are materialism, egoism and idiocy.
