Erector

The boys are playing with their Erector Set.

The deadlift is a compound movement that trains the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and other muscles in the posterior chain such as the erector spinae.

At this stage of the construction process the only people on the site would normally be groundworkers and the steel erectors, followed by the roof cladders.
