After hours of browsing TV Tropes, Lyle could predict the ending of any show. This gave him a distaste for entertainment that, in a roundabout way, enabled him to make time for a more productive life.

Lyle is getting angrier by the second.

In the afternoon of the 5th of February of 2022, I ate pizza at the pizzeria. Then, at the cafe, I saw Hans the Netherlander. I told him that the James Webb Space Telescope had been deployed. He gave me a cold mocha frappuccino, to add to my passion fruit iced tea that I already had. Lyle was there, wearing all black, with cargo pants that hid his robust legs. Don was at a front table, reading from a device.

On the 6th, I met Timur the Kazakh, waiting for his "fiery Persian" girlfriend at Tim Hortons café. The first time that I saw him, I enquired: "Are you Japanese? Filipino? Chinese? Korean? I couldn't guess..." as he denied the sequence of guesses. He was "Kazakh," like my pizza delivery man friend Adil from years ago at Pizza Hut. Timur is a handsome man, part-Russian and speaks Russian, Kazakh, and heavily accented English. He was wearing green camouflage army shorts. We talked about a lot of things, including his interest in video games and the auxlang Interslavic.

By this means she learnt their Christian names, Robert, and Lyle — the latter of which she admired very much, and thought it exactly suited the pretty, delicate younger brother.
