Monopsonist

The case of a monopsonist buying from a monopolist (usually called “bi-lateral monopoly”) is not discussed in this book.

Amazon isn't the only monopsonist to take advantage of anticircumvention law to cement its dominance; Google and Facebook and Apple do the same thing.
