For many, blindness or poor vision can keep them from activities like cycling. But a NYC non-profit called InTandem works to make cycling accessible to everyone. The organization unites sighted New Yorkers with the visually impaired so that everyone can enjoy a ride.

Co-owner Peter Ryan learned his craft in the bagelries of NYC, and most of his bosses weren't Jewish either, so he has no qualms about offering such un[-]kosher concoctions as ham and Swiss with mayo and sprouts on a whole-wheat bagel.

For some DSA grandees, like NYC chapter co-chair Bianca Cunningham, socialism means a planned economy that replaces market capitalism.
