I don't believe in conspiracy theories. I just believe in facts like the use of depleted uranium explosives and phosphorus bombs in the Middle East and the annihilation of Iraq and Afghanistan for oil and other strategic goals.

Do fertilizers contain phosphorus?

The primary culprits in eutrophication appear to be excess nitrogen and phosphorus—from sources including fertilizer runoff and septic system effluent to atmospheric fallout from burning fossil fuels—which enter waterbodies and fuel the overgrowth of algae, which, in turn, reduces water quality and degrades estuarine and coastal ecosystems.

That bacteria growth helps clean the water of excess nutrients that wash into the water, such as nitrogen and phosphorus, blamed for a number of water-related troubles, including algae blooms and low oxygen levels.
