Polenta

Polenta is a typical dish from my area.

I wanted to grab another, but the next person in line, clearly a ravenous beast, had grabbed the tongs and was spooning polenta onto their plate with the eagerness of a puppy on speed.

Cheese polenta has become one of my favorite recipes for family brunches.

During the picnic, we brought cold polenta cut into cubes as an appetizer.
