Refreezing

Dr. Maclinn goes on to endorse the refreezing of fully thawed food, provided it doesn't actually stink, and Dr. D.G. Guadagni of the USDA at Berkeley is quoted as saying, "If the package gets soft once or twice, it shouldn't matter. Actually, it could get soft several times but it might not taste as well."
