Relistings are treated as new listings and will be allocated through the allocation process pursuant to Exchange Rule 103B, Section Ill.

Relistings are your indicator that a deal might be in the works.

For simplicity, we have omitted the mean correlations below the diagonal since those are simply relistings of mean correlations shown above the diagonals.
