Remodelling

We're in the process of remodelling our kitchen.

In the nature of things, much railway capital expenditure on stations and depots was in the immediate vicinity, if not in the heart, of towns, and extensions or remodellings, apart from being extremely costly, may be entirely negatived by the impossibility of securing the necessary land.

This principle was therefore incorporated in a large-scale resignalling scheme that has involved: remodelling of the layout to suit the use of only six running lines across the Clyde, [...]

Liverpool Street's 1985-92 remodelling by the British Rail Architects' Department (under project lead Nick Derbyshire) had carefully followed original 1870s detailing, with the concourse designed to allow natural light to spill into the station.
