Teaspoonful

A teaspoonful is less than a tablespoonful.

Add the juice of half a lime and a teaspoonful of demerara sugar.

Take as many apples as desired, pare, core and steam until tender. Pour one teaspoonful lemon juice over each apple, powder thickly with sugar and set away to chill.

Add 3 tablespoonfuls of flour and half a teaspoonful of salt.
