Tieguanyin

The Tieguanyin tea of Anxi and Tahongpao tea of Wuyi Mountain are well known at home and abroad.

Use a covered tea bowl for brewing Tieguanyin tea.

I drink Tieguanyin most nights. Occasionally I'll switch up the tea I drink, but the Iron Goddess of Mercy is the one I continually return to.
