Workbox

The sewing workbox held fabric, needles, notions, patterns, and other supplies.

As with an understanding of the basic elements, knowing something of how sub-elements work gives insight into how stories generally are put together, thus adding another analytical tool to the pupils's ^([sic]) mental workbox.
