Only thing was, Beulah and me kissed twicet, oncet when her and Dory come over to the campfire place that mornin', and oncet when I was ready to ride away. And she felt of my face and neck like she wanted to recollect how they felt to her hand. Doin' that, she smiled that crooked smile of hers that had got me in trouble.
