Waffleness

In too many instances the critical linkage between what the organization is trying to do and the employees who are going to have to do it represents a "waffleness" on the part of managers.

Here's another vote for the waffle. It seems to me that a flipping coin is flipping because of outside pressures applied to it, and if left to itself would simply lie on the table. But a waffle waffles due to the waffleness of its own waffle nature.

Well as soon as I realised that I must have ME rather than the Crohn's disease that I was originally diagnosed with, as soon as I was sent to a consultant who'd been recommended by afME, I was diagnosed as having ME/CFS immediately, so I was never disbelieved once I'd been self, and then formally diagnosed if you see what I mean (plse excuse waffleness).
